Abstract Artist Linda Colletta Featured at Art Market Hamptons Fair 🎭
Join the Bridgehampton Museum as they welcome abstract artist Linda Colletta from August 12, 2021, to August 15, 2021. The White Gallery Booths, #D05 and #C39, will be housing Colletta’s amazing large-scale works for all to enjoy including the Queen of the Night from her Dropcloth series.
As a recovering compulsive eater, all her works explore the themes of addiction and dysmorphia as she refers to her abstract designs as “all you can eat” paintings. Colletta throws no scrapings away from the paint water to the scrap canvas and utilizes it in her future works. For over 25 years, Linda Colletta has been using spray paint, ink, acrylics, oil sticks, and plenty of other items to spontaneously create these abstract compositions.
Come see these candy-coated works of art for yourself as they reveal a personal battle of food and addiction. This Art Market Hamptons fair will be held at the Bridgehampton Museum located at 2368 Montauk Hwy. in Bridgehampton. The opening evening, exclusive for select VIPs, will run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can purchase your tickets here.
