Those interested will have opportunities to join the workshop on May 15, 2021 and May 22, 2021 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The workshop will be led by master teachers Catherin A DeLyra, Cristine Swett, and Charlotte Topf, and will include techniques to release trauma through guided meditation, learning about the Chakras and how to open them, and removing blockages accumulated over time.

Workshop-goers will learn the tools necessary to shed old patterns, make healthy decisions, and learn how to live in the present moment to act with purpose and intent.

Tickets for the workshop go for $150 per person alongside an $8 parking fee, and lunch can be bought at the Hidden Oak Cafe on premises. Event registration begins at 9:30 a.m. the day of each workshop. To reserve your spot, call 631-639-1809 or 516-384-7618.
